Who am I?

I am a mother of three small children, a wife, a coach and trainer and a business owner. But above all I am my own person, who loves the woman that she has become and the body that she has created. I understand what it is to be uncomfortable in your own skin, after becoming mum to my third child I was 5 stone heavier and unhappy. That’s when I chose to trust my mind to believe in a better way, to train my body and to transform my life.

Why I do what I do

Having researched every theory out there I was confused by the sheer volume of information. The exercise trainers contradicted the nutritionists who contradicted the psychologists. I decided that, if I wanted a programme to suit me that combined a coherent exercise, nutrition and behavioural plan that I could be sure would all complement each other, then I needed to create one myself.

And that is exactly what I have done with The Health and Fitness Coach Transformation Programmes. My aim is to help you find your body-fit happy place; to lose your confusion, lose your intimidations and feel comfortable with who you are.

I offer evidence based bespoke exercise, nutrition and wellbeing coaching for anyone and everyone. I believe that we all deserve to feel comfortable in our own skin. I am not just a coach to lose weight, I am a coach for a whole and healthy life!  I am still improving my body, still learning new (and old) methods and still looking for more, but I am happy, fit, healthy and in the best shape of my life. If I can do it, you can do it and I have faith in each and every one of you.
